INGREDIENTS (FOR 6 PORTIONS)

    eggs

  • 50g

    lowfat quark

  • 10g

    ground almonds

  • 10g

    ground flaxseed

  • 4sp

    Chia seeds

  • 4 tbsp linseed meal
  • 1pg

     baking powder

  • 10g

    Brotgewürz

  • 1teaspoon

    salt





MANUAL

  • Mix all ingredients together. Put in a ca. 30cm long box shape. Cover them with parchment paper. Smooth the dough on top.
  • Leave the dough for about half an hour.
  • Sprinkle the dough with pumpkin seeds, flax seed, oats, sesame seeds, poppy seed or sunflower seeds and bake at 175 ° for approx. 60 minutes at top and bottom heat.
